EZ Hours collects the following information about workers who use the service: worker name, mobile phone number, work shift times and hours, pay rate and payment records, and text messages sent to the service's phone number.
We use this information to operate the time tracking service, compute pay, and send work-related text messages such as clock in/out confirmations, hour totals, and occasional schedule or payment notices.
The service uses login session cookies to keep workers and admins signed in. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Information is processed by the service providers that host the application and deliver its text messages, solely to operate the service; they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Records are kept only as long as needed to operate the service and maintain accurate work and payment history.
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect the information.

The service is for workers authorized to use it and is not directed to children under 13.
